Grading Goose Eggs

On the 19th May 2011 an unbroken Goose egg was found on the grading table of one of our contract growers. This means that the egg had not only survived going through the washer, but it has also survived being in storage for 9 months and remarkably survived the harvest procedure. For an egg to survive all of this really does show the great care taken in providing potatoes to all of our customers.
